This Is How It Work
Future Homeowner will complete a pre-qualification application for permanent financing through one of our lending partners
Once the Future Homeowner is approved for permanent financing, NTP Homes will finance the construction of the new dream home with all the specifications of the future homeowner. NTP can also pay off the lot or purchase the lot that the Future Homeowner has chosen if needed. (All cost must fit within the final purchase price)
Once the new construction dream home is complete. The Future Homeowner would close on the permanent mortgage loan and take possession of their new Dream Home
